Lakim Shabazz - Black Is Back 12" Single (Tuff City 1989)

I'm missing track 1, sorry. But I'm sure all of you have it from his Pure Righteousness LP, which I'll post sometime soon.

A1 - Black Is Back (Prod by The 45 King)
A2 - Black Is Back (Instrumental)
B1 - Your Arm's Too Short To Box With God (Prod by Louie Louie)
B2 - Your Arm's Too Short To Box With God (Instrumental)

Download (MassMirror)

Here's a very dope performance of Pure Righteousness on Night Music with DJ Cee Just on the wheels, and Lakim coming correct on the mic. Not sure who the dancer is but he definitely provides some humorous running mans, shit who wasn't doing the running man in 89? Word.

I do have this cut but what was entertaining was the video for that time he kicked it. What I loved the most was the raw essence the late 80's dance styles the DJ that's actually cuttin on point, the voice projection of Lakim well damn I'd say that's hip hop music hgh!! Lakim is on that page filled with underated and unrecognized artist.I remembered and always envied his voice projection and delivery. he was better than most gave him credit for. Thanks for the post
